Repairs
Provide on-site and in-shop services both scheduled and routine that would include engine, hydraulics, transmission, electrical and drive train systems. Thorough diagnosis using special diagnostic tools and gadgets would be applied, a detailed machine report and general MCA (Machine Condition Assessment) will be carried out and client advised accordingly on the findings, this will enable proper repairs and maintenance planning.
Spare Parts
Availability of genuine high replacement genuine parts as advised by the OEM is a necessity. This ensures optimal performance and compatibility with machinery. The company will on occasions advise the client on what parts and capacity to stock thus maintaining a well-stocked inventory to avoid any lapses in the course of operations.
Maintenance Programs
The company to arrange structured maintenance schedule as per OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and in line with the customer value agreement, operation site conditions and operation schedule timetable.
Specialized Services
In the event of need to specially service or repair a component, the company will offer professional advice on the best engineering outlets for services or specialized repairs to be carried out on various components of concern.
Training & Support
Given the company boasts of professional knowledge background, the same skills could be imparted to the customer technicians either during repairs or service maintenance sessions or through a pre-arranged session. Such trainings would always involve the mechanics, plant operators and various stake holders involved and would majorly focus on use of PPE’s, work safety of handling various tools, equipment, lubricants and petroleum materials especially the adherence to MSDS etc.
